FISHING ACTIVITIES

Rods and worms are provided free of charge and an on-site guide will be available to help you install the bait and remove your fish. Bringing your fresh fish home is also possible since these guides will offer you a bag of ice for transportation purposes. A cooler will ensure better conservation. Take advantage of great rates when buying fish cards!

Enjoy a complete fishing experience from the lake to the plate while appreciating your fresh trout! Cook your catch on one of the barbecues available on-site. Seasonings, herbs, sauces, foil paper and cutlery are provided. We also offer bags of rice, pork or chicken kebabs to complete your meal. Add fresh produce from our gardens to this meal!

Pond fishing

The perfect initiation activity in order to learn how to use a fishing rod, baits and lures. The visitor can put into practice demonstrated techniques and leave with his catch. During winter season, the basics of ice fishing are demonstrated to visitors. Fishing rods and baits are provided on-site.

BBQ fish cooking on-site

Fish-farming

Visitors can familiarize themselves with the various growth stages of freshwater fish through a guided tour of the most high-tech fish farm installations in North America. Its primary mission being the breeding of endangered species, including striped bass and copper redhorse.

Feeding the fish in the river

The younger crowd can throw food to the trout in the river. These rivers include a variety of growth levels stages; it may be possible to feed mature or smaller trout. The youngsters will then be able to observe them closely and even see them jump out of the water to catch their food. A small addition to the experience at an affordable price!

The Station’s Wetlands

These marshes are ideal to observe and discover the wetlands bringing to evidence the importance of their environmental role. The observation tower, prepared in collaboration with Ducks Unlimited Canada, presents a rich and diverse scenery.
