Take advantage of our on-site barbecues to cook your fresh catch. Seasonings, herbs, sauces, foil paper and cutlery are provided.
For a few additional dollars, we offer pork skewers from Blouin’s butcher shop (shallot or maple chipotle pepper marinade), chicken skewers also from Blouin’s butcher shop (shallot or maple chipotle pepper marinade), salted cheddar cheese tortillons and salted cheddar cheese tortillons with spices from Laiterie de Coaticook, vegetables en papillote (potatoes, carrots, onions). Various flavors of Uncle Bens rice in addition to chips, chocolate, liqueurs, water and of course fresh herbs from our gardens!
